Benjamin Sloan

I started Tiny Drumsticks, with my business partner in 2013, in a 2,500 sq/ft out of business Chinese restaurant, and have built it to 25,000 sq/ft of shared commercial kitchens. I have a business degree from Roanoke College and an MBA from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. I am also a trained chef in French Culinary Techniques and Bread Baking, from the former French Culinary Institute. I love eating great food with my friends, travelling to London to see soccer games, and trading options in the market. Fun fact: My first job in NYC many many years ago I won a chocolate eating contest for a $1000.00 prize (and have felt ill ever since! )
