Cortney Gumbleton is the Founder and Co-Owner of the innovative commercial kitchen incubator and premier event venue, Locavore, located in the Near Southside of Fort Worth, Texas. She currently works with over 100 food trucks and 60 food entrepreneurs, and manages their event venue. In 2018, Locavore took the top prize, beating 48 other businesses, for the Fort Worth Business Plan Competition. Cortney lives on a Farm outside Fort Worth where she resides with her family and menagerie of animals. Believe it or not, Cortney’s entire business started from selling her chicken’s eggs.
