How do I stay connected and see the real-time agenda?

Download Eventee: This is your go-to for Summit announcements, networking, and activities. All updates and announcements will be shared exclusively in Eventee, so make sure to get set up!
Note: You must register with the email you used to purchase your Summit ticket. Look out for an invite from Eventee in your inbox (and don’t forget to check your spam folder). -

Getting There & Around
How should I get from the airport to my hotel?
The easiest way to get to your hotel from the airport is by rideshare (Uber or Lyft). A convenient bus option is also available for those preferring public transit. For schedules and more details, please visit our [Travel Page](link to travel page).
Is there transportation to and from events?
Yes, transportation is provided via buses to transport attendees from the Conference Center on 11 to the Crescent City Farmers Market at 4:45 PM, with return trips every 15 minutes beginning at 6:00 PM - 6:45 PM.
November 15: At 6:15 PM, attendees will walk together from the Q&C Hotel to the Toulouse Theater for the Golden Whisk Awards at 7:00 PM. Trust us, you’re not going to want to be late to walk over.
For other sessions, transportation is not provided, but many venues are within walking distance of the Q&C Hotel. For additional location details, check the Eventee App.

How do I get from my hotel to Summit sessions?
Our Summit sessions are hosted on the 11th floor of the Pan American building at The Conference Center on 11, a quick walk across Camp Street from The Q&C Hotel. Enter through the main doors on Poydras Street.

Will sessions be streamed or recorded?
No, the session will not be recorded. We recommend attending in person for the best experience! Feel free to take photos and videos of your own and post them on the social wall on Eventee!
Is there bag or luggage storage?
Yes! The Q&C Hotel is happy to hold your bags both before check-in and after check-out, allowing you to explore New Orleans luggage-free. If you are not staying at the Q&C Hotel, bag storage will also be available at the conference center.
Tickets, Meals & Events
What is the Shared Kitchen 101 Workshop?
Designed to be a primer for the Shared Kitchen Summit, the 1-day Shared Kitchen 101 Workshop will help educate and inform new entrees to the industry before launching into more advanced topics during the Shared Kitchen Summit. A separate ticket is required for this event.

Roux Tickets are for Tuesday only and do not include entry into the main 3-Day Shared Kitchen Summit. Unfortunately, the 3-Day Summit is sold out. Talk to our registration table to get on the Waitlist.
Where and when does the Shared Kitchen 101 Workshop take place?
The Workshop will be held on Tuesday, November 12th, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., at the Conference on the 11th.
What is included in my Shared Kitchen Summit ticket?
Be aware of which events your purchased ticket(s) grant you access to. Our event is SOLD OUT, and we are unable to accommodate extra guests at our events and sessions.

Gumbo: 3-day Summit events, including the Resource Happy Hour, Crescent City Farmers Market tour, and Golden Whisk Awards (Wednesday - Friday).

Trinity: Full Summit experience, including the Shared Kitchen 101 Workshop and all main events (Tuesday - Friday).

Beignet: Our New Orleans Food System panel at 3pm on Thursday (badge check-in begins at 2:30pm at the Conference Center on 11), with following bus ride to the Crescent City Farmers Market and our Golden Whisk Awards Friday
Note: Your badge is your ticket! You must have a badge to access all sessions and events November 13-15th, including our Golden Whisk Awards.
What meals are included with the tickets?
Meals are provided during scheduled sessions as follows:

November 12: Breakfast, lunch, and snacks

November 13: Afternoon snack with light appetizers and a cash bar available during happy hour

November 14: Breakfast, lunch, and snacks

November 15: Breakfast, lunch, and snacks, with light appetizers and a cash bar during The Golden Whisk Awards
Note: This schedule is subject to change as we finalize arrangements with our vendors.
I have a friend or family member traveling with me. Can they attend the events on November 15th?
Absolutely! Our Beignet Tickets are perfect for guests who aren’t attending Summit sessions but want to join activities, including the New Orleans Food Systems panel and Farmers Market tour on Thursday and the Golden Whisk Awards on Friday.
How do I register for Mentoring Madness?

Registration opens: October 30th, Noon CST

Session date: Friday, Nov. 15th, starting at 7 am

Details: Get 1:1 mentoring from top experts in the shared kitchen industry! Check the Eventee Newsfeed for a list of mentors and the topics they’re covering.

First come, first served: Each attendee can reserve one 25-minute session. Spaces fill up fast, so be ready to register right when it opens!
Dress Code & What to Bring
What’s the dress code for the Summit?
For our Golden Whisk Awards on Friday night, we’re embracing a masquerade theme! Bring a mask or pick one up on Royal Street nearby. The dress code is “fancy minus the footwear”—sequins, glitter, or bowties with comfortable shoes.
We promise Laissez les bon temps rouler (let the good times roll) and enjoy a comfortable night of celebration!
