Jan Tusick is founder of Mission Mountain Food Enterprise Center (MMFEC) which is a shared use food processing facility that serves the state of Montana. She has worked with food and agriculture business development for over 25 years with an emphasis in building local resilient food systems. She is leading MMFEC efforts in expanding co-packing services to food businesses in Montana and the NW region.
