Walter Miros

Originally from Philly, my career in food began as a teenager bussing tables at Outback Steakhouse. I then graduated to a grill cook to pay for my philosophy degree. The thrill and adrenaline of cooking on the line got me hooked and cooking became a passion of mine. But as I grew into a chef, nurturing talent and coaching became one of the most satisfying aspects of the work. I am happy to be a part of the La Cocina team and share my experience with this amazing community of entrepreneurs.
