Chuck Wolfe

Chuck has over 35 years of experience as both a serial entrepreneur and economic development consultant with his work taking him to urban and rural settings around the world to design implementable solutions to foster innovation, commercialization and economic growth. Chuck has conducted over 60 market assessments, feasibility studies and operating plans for public, private, academic and NGO clients for industry clusters ranging from food manufacturing to Cleantech. Chuck has testified before the U.S. House Committee on Small Business on “The State of SBA’s Entrepreneurial Development Programs and Their Role in Promoting Economic Recovery” and co-authored both editions of “Best Practices in Action: Guidelines for Implementing First-Class Business Incubation Programs”.
