I have a BS and MS in Science, Produce Safety, Preventive Controls HACCP, cGood Manufacturing Practices, and Good Manager certified. I manage a Culinary Incubator as a training facility for new and value-added food products while providing the required food safety certificates. Clients are nurtured to success and then expected to go out on their own. I am active with the North Central FSMA training center.
