Cullen Gilchrist founded Union Kitchen, a Washington DC-based food business Accelerator, in 2012. Since the founding, Gilchrist has grown the organization to include 5 retail locations, a 30,000 square foot production facility, a distribution company, and a highly successful Accelerator program, with participants including Compass Coffee, Snacklins, and Origin Caribe. Prior to Union Kitchen, Gilchrist worked in all areas of the food business, managing restaurants, cafes, and foodservice operations. He graduated from Dartmouth College with a degree in Economics and Sociology in 2007.
