Drew is an entrepreneurial strategist working at the intersection of food, finance, business operations and real estate. As a Director at PREP, he is helping facilitate the expansion of their unique culinary co-working and accelerator space into Central Texas. Drew previously designed and built Brooklyn FoodWorks in New York City, and he's passionate about helping small businesses succeed in their growth aspirations. He has Master of Science in Accounting and Bachelor of Science in Commerce from the University of Virginia and lives in Austin, TX.
