Sylvan Juarez

Sylvan is the Creative Director and Founder of Cedar Street Creative, a design and development partner for culinary spaces. Sylvan has designed over 500,000sf of kitchen and restaurant space for some of the fastest-growing QSR, ghost and shared kitchen companies. He has consulted for top culinary brands and lectured at Yale School of Architecture on shared kitchens and operational design. He founded Cedar Street Creative to work with upstart brands and help build the future of food and hospitality.
